How does the Hands-Free technology work?
Kizik shoes feature a patented titanium arc heel that compresses when you step in and snaps back into place, allowing you to put them on without using your hands or bending over.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not completely satisfied with your Kiziks, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in like-new condition.
Do Kizik shoes run true to size?
Yes, most of our styles run true to size. If you are between sizes or have a particularly wide foot, we recommend checking our size guide or ordering a half-size up for extra comfort.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within the continental United States. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.
Are Kizik shoes machine washable?
While some of our canvas styles are machine washable on a cold cycle, we generally recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth and mild detergent to preserve the integrity of the Hands-Free technology.
